For stays that require pick-up and drop-off, pickup will be scheduled in the evening, between 6 and 8pm. If you will be leaving your dog in the morning, please schedule pickup for the night before.
For stays that do not require pick-up or drop-off, each day of your stay will include a rolling 24 hr period from the time you drop of your dog until the time you pick up your dog. Late pickups will be charged for additional boarding time.
